Cereals are considered the most important category of plants grown for human nutrition and are divided into three categories:
a) cereals such as wheat, corn, rice and others.
β) legumes, which include the various types of beans, soy, lentils and chickpeas,and finally
g) oily cereals, such as sunflower.
We should know that cereals should be one of the main ingredients of every morning meal. If you eat them in a balanced way and accompany them with a variety of other foods, they are sure to give you the energy you need to start your day with power and without taking a pound.
