  • 1 ½ kilo yellow pumpkin

  • 500 gr feta

  • 500 gr cream cheese

  • 500 gr coarse semolina

  • 3 tablespoons linseed

  • 1 cup milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons dill

  • 2 tablespoons mint

  • salt and pepper

Directions

Cut into large pieces the pumpkin and clean it. We rub it on a grater and drain it well to leave its liquids.
In a bowl we put the grated pumpkin, the pepper, the minimum salt, the cheeses, the whipped eggs, the milk, the semolina, the mint and the dill finely chopped and the flax seeds.
Mix the ingredients very well to unite and pour them into a pan.
Bake at 180C for 50'-55 'until browned.
