Συστατικά

  • 50 gr. fresh basil
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 20 gr. Pine cone
  • 20 γρ. κάσιους
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions


Place all the ingredients, except parmesan, in the blender and beat well until the mixture of creamy pulp is made.
Then we add the Parmesan cheese and beat it a bit longer.
Place in a glass jar and keep in the fridge.
