•    3 cups of cereals (cheerios, oats, rice flakes)
•    1/3 cup hazelnuts
•    1/3 cup almonds
•    1/4 cup raisins
•    1/4 cup dried cranberries
•    110gr. butter
•    100g brown sugar (1/2 cup)
•    85gr. honey (¼ cup)
•    ½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions: 

Bake hazelnuts and almonds on the oven plate at 180 ° C for a few minutes to get color. We can and do not do that and leave them nuts dry.

In a large bowl we mix all cereals, nuts, raisins and dried cranberries.

In a saucepan, heat to moderate to strong heat butter, brown sugar, honey and cinnamon. Stir continuously until the sugar melts and the mixture gets brown. Add it to the previous bowl, stir in quick movements with a spoon to go everywhere.


Lay rolls on a tray and pour the mixture. Spread with the spoon or push well with our hand to put on the dish.
Allow to cool and tighten the mixture. We can put it in the fridge for a few hours. Then remove it from the grease stick (it is made like a big plate) and cut it with a big knife.
We can wrap each in labels and keep them in a metal box or in the refrigerator.
