Materials

  • Half cabbage grated

  • 2 grated carrots

  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate 

  • Salt Pepper

  • Mixture of raisins-gojiberry-cranberry-pine cone-houndberry-hippophaes

For the sauce

  • Half teapot oil cup

  • Juice from an orange

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 2-3 tablespoon balsamic cream

  • 4-5 dried figs

Directions

 

Mix cabbage, carrot, pomegranate and mixture. Add salt pepper

Beat the ingredients for the vinaigrette in the blender and pour it into the salad.
