  • 270 gr. soft flour

  • 5 gr. baking powder

  • 100 gr. butter Lurpak

  • 5 eggs

  • 350 gr. sugar

  • 150 γρ. Arla sour cream 35%

  • 60-80 γρ. goji berries

  • Oat flakes

Directions

We soak the goji berries in water for 1 hour. Then mince and chop it. Melt the butter.

Beat the eggs and sugar in the mixer until they are foamed. Add the cream, continuing to strike.

Pour the flour and baking powder (sieved and blended) and continue to strike with the feather. Add the melted butter (lukewarm) and the goji berries.

Spread butter in a container. Pour the cake mixture and sprinkle oat flakes over it.

Bake at 170 degrees, for 25-30 minutes.
