• pork cut into 10-12 pieces

  • 1 onion cut into thick round strips

  • 1 garlic

  • 2 potatoes round cutted

  • plums(depending on your taste)

  • 2 red peppers in thick strips

  • 1 glass of red wine

  • olive oil

  • salt

  • pepper

Chop the garlic and cook it in a deep pan until it gets the first color. Pour the pieces of pork and cook them together with the garlic.

Once cooked add plums and onion. Then add the peppers and after mixing all the smells, mix the red wine with the wine.

Finally, add the potatoes and let the food boil for 20 minutes. Now we add salt (depending on our taste) and pepper.

Bon appetit!!!

All the process requires low heat so that the pork becomes soft.

Olive oil is put in not in the pan but in the pork before throwing it into the pan. This avoids burning the oil and losing all its ingredients.

When you add salt, keep in mind that potato absorbs it, so pour it in the same way. Pepper really tastes this particular food.

Because of its many ingredients, it is not accompanied by any other food but served alone.
