For the mixture with cocoa and Peti biscuits:

  • 100 ml. Milk

  • 150 gr. Sugar

  • 125 gr. butter

  • 1 vanilla sachet

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa

  • 300 gr. grounded biscuits Petit

 For the betel mixture

  •  100 ml. Milk
  • 150 gr. Sugar
  • 125 γρ. butter
  • 1 φακελάκι vanilla
  • 200 g. betel
  • 50 gr.rounded biscuits Petit

Directions:

For the bottom cocoa 
Heat the milk, sugar, vanilla, butter and cocoa very well and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved and all the ingredients are joined. They should not boil. While still warm, put the mixture in the ground cookies, stir them all together and place them in a 28 * 23 cm baking pan and allow to cool.

 For the betel mixture 

The same procedure is followed again. Heat the milk, sugar, vanilla, butter and cocoa very well and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved and all the ingredients are joined. While still warm, mix the ground biscuits and betel, stir well and place the mixture over the cocoa mix. Allow the sweet to cool well and unite the flavors. Cut the sweet into small rods and sprinkle with betel .
