• 125 gr. unsalted butter (at room temperature)

  • 150 gr. brown sugar

  • a few drops of almond essence

  • 2 eggs(at room temperature)

  • 275 gr. flour infused by itself (sieved)

  • 170 gr. raisins sultanas

  • 80 gr. cornflakes (break them a little with our hands)


Beat the butter together with the sugar in the mixer for 2-3 minutes and add the eggs one at a time, and then whisk the mixture well to make it like a cream.

Pour some flour and mix with a spatula (not with the mixer). Last we add raisins.

Put the cornflakes on a plate and, after making the dough in balls (with floured hands hanging), drop them on the dish with cornflakes to cover them with the cereals.

We then sort them in a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180oC for 20 minutes.
